These terms apply to your use of brunamovement.com and any Bruna Movement membership, class, video, recipe or other content.

By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms.

MEMBERSHIPS AND PAYMENT

The price and billing frequency shown during checkout will apply to your purchase. Your membership renews automatically using your selected payment method until cancelled.

You authorise us and our payment provider to collect each recurring payment when it becomes due.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your membership through your customer account or by contacting hello@brunamovement.com.

Cancellation prevents future renewals. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, you will retain access until the end of your current paid billing period.

Access to digital membership content may begin immediately after purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected. Any refund request will be considered in accordance with applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the purchase.

ACCOUNTS

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. Memberships are for individual, personal use only. You must not share your account or allow another person to access paid content using your login.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership. Anyone under 18 may only participate with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All videos, classes, recipes, branding, written materials, photographs and other content are owned by or licensed to Bruna Movement.

Your membership grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to view the content. You may not copy, record, download, reproduce, distribute, sell, publicly display or otherwise exploit it without written permission.

AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

We may add, replace, update or remove instructors, classes, recipes and other content. We do not guarantee that a particular instructor or item of content will remain available permanently.

We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. You are responsible for deciding whether a class is appropriate for you and for following the Health & Wellness Disclaimer.

SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate an account where there is suspected fraud, account sharing, misuse, non-payment or a serious breach of these terms.

LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the platform, failure to follow safety guidance, unsuitable equipment, interruptions outside our reasonable control or use of the content for commercial purposes.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
